Grape Varieties:
- Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cão

Vinification:
- Cement vats
- Grapes must not distemmed
- 1 day pre-fermentative maceration and 2 days fermentation

Colheita is a port from a single harvest, aged in oak casks for, at least, seven years and bottled by demand. 
The Maynard's Colheitas has been carefully selected and matured in seasoned oak casks to produce a rich mellowness with the finest balance and elegance of old tawnies. 
Tasting Notes
Suggestions:
Roquefort, mince pies, cakes, chocolates, walnuts, nuts, créme brûlé, and as a digestive with cigars, 
Ready to drink, makes a delicious dessert wine and is the perfect finish to any meal. 
Serve slightly chilled in warm weather.

Can be left open for a couple of months.
